At BlendBay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how you can return or exchange items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 10 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Perishable Goods: This includes food items, cosmetics, and other products that have a limited shelf life.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Items that have been customized or personalized for you cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@blendbay.com with your order number and a brief description of why you’d like to return the item.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped using the instructions provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to post.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@blendbay.com with details of the issue, and we will arrange an exchange.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if the order is wrong, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing support@blendbay.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
